Of all of his different types of accounts, his favorite is his health savings account (HSA). He and Erin, who own their primary residence in Texas outright, owe $12,000 in property taxes each year, so they send $1,000 a month to a high-yield savings account to cover that expense. High-yield savings accounts, which earn multiple times more than a traditional savings account, typically return between 3.40% APY and 4.25% APY. (That's if you're under 65; after 65, you can use your HSA money to cover any expense without incurring a penalty.) HSA accounts, unlike FSAs (flexible spending accounts, which are another type of account that can help with health care costs) don't have a "use it or lose it" policy.

It's time to take another look at Pacific Biosciences of California as its growth story turns positive, according to TD Cowen. "Our bullish customer survey reflects upside to placements and pull through, along with a material budget shift to long reads. Pacific Biosciences shares are up more than 19% this year through Thursday, gaining after a rough couple of calendar years. However, Brennan's $15 price target, up from a prior $13, means shares can rise another 53% from Thursday's closing price. Central to the upgrade is the Revio system, a product from Pacific Biosciences that was launched last year and is designed to sequence whole human genomes.

Their defeats were a sign of voters rejecting anti-democratic tendencies in tight midterm elections. In swing states Arizona, Nevada and Michigan, "America First" candidates were nominated for secretary of state, the position that oversees elections. All of those candidates lost. Nevertheless, many Republican election deniers won other races around the country. Reuters/Ipsos polling has shown about two-thirds of Republican voters believe the election was stolen from Trump.
Forest edge out Palace to move off the bottom

NOTTINGHAM, England, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Morgan Gibbs-White grabbed the only goal as Nottingham Forest beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at the City Ground on Saturday to ensure that they will not spend Christmas at the bottom of the Premier League. "We rode our luck with the penalty but I thought the best team won," Forest manager Steve Cooper told the BBC. Instead, it was Palace who were awarded a spot-kick when Joe Worrall brought down Zaha just before halftime. Lingard could have killed off the game in the 75th minute after a brilliant Forest attack in which Gibbs-White picked out Brennan in the box. Palace left plenty of space for Forest to exploit as they poured forward looking for an equaliser, but the home side hung on for a much-needed win.
During that time, they also paid off Brennan's $38,500 in student loans, two cars, an engagement ring, and a bed. Brennan graduated from college in 2014 with a finance degree, a couple of major expenses, and no immediate income. Here's how the couple paid off their six-figure debt and plan to hit a net worth of $1 million in 2022. In June 2021, one of their highest-earning months with Budgetdog, they threw an extra $30,000 at the mortgage, Brennan said. "September was the first month that we didn't have a mortgage and we saved 75% of our income," said Brennan.
